Life is often difficult, and sometimes you may need a safe person to talk to. I have had a lot of experience with people who were confused, hurting, wounded, lost, or just worrying about which way to turn in their life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with adults, but occasionally with children and adolescents, who were having difficulty coping with life issues, including traumatic events.
